This book is a popular theoretical work by the renowned Chinese economist Cai Fang, who explains China's economic development. About the Author:

Cai Fang, an authoritative economist of China, and vice president of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). His main research areas include labor economics, population economics, China's economic reform, economic growth, income distribution and poverty, and theories and policies on the issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
