作者简介:
江建新,现任景德镇陶瓷市考古研究所名誉所长、研究馆员,任北京大学古陶瓷研究所特聘研究员,浙江大学、南京财经大学、景德镇陶瓷大学兼职教授,复旦大学硕士生导师,中国古陶瓷学会理事,江西省考古学会副理事长、景德镇唐英研究会会长。自1982年以来,参与和主持了十多次御窑厂遗址的抢救性发掘清理,主持发掘修复了数万件出土官窑瓷器和标本,主持出版和主编了几十部学术专著。
Introduction:
This book is a fine work of art with a global perspective, showing how Chinese ceramics changed the world in many aspects, and is well printed, beautifully produced and highly collectible. The book is divided into 8 chapters, and the text is highly scholarly, with quotations and evidences. The book begins with the dynasties and the geographical locations, telling the story of Chinese ceramics scattered in the Korean peninsula and Africa; it then uses time as a clue to outline the important points and trade routes for ceramic export from the 8th to the 18th century. In addition, it covers the changing distribution of kiln sites and the historical background and evolution of custom-made ceramic, Clark's ceramic, heraldic ceramic and the resulting imitation ceramic from around the world.
About the Author:
The editor-in-chief, Jiang Jianxin, currently serves as the honorary director and researcher of the Jingdezhen Ceramic Archaeological Research Institute, and a specially appointed researcher at the Ancient Ceramics Research Institute of Peking University. He is also a Master's supervisor at Fudan University, a member of the Chinese Ancient Ceramics Society, the vice chairman of the Jiangxi Archaeological Society, and the president of the Jingdezhen Tang Ying Research Association. Since 1982, he has participated in and led over ten salvage excavations at imperial kiln sites, overseeing the excavation and restoration of tens of thousands of unearthed official kiln porcelain and specimens. He has also published and edited dozens of academic monographs.
