 Mr. Xu Beihong is a pioneer of Chinese art in the  20th century and a master of art with great influence.  Mr. Xu Ji has written a large number of articles  about his grandfather Xu Beihong. In order to finish  Xu Beihong's Painting Biography, he went to France  twice to collect the documents and materials of Mr.  Xu Beihong. This book can be regarded as the latest  and most comprehensive biography of Xu Beihong. 

徐冀，徐悲鸿之孙，毕业于天津美术学院，任徐 悲鸿纪念馆展览典藏部主任，主要从事徐悲鸿绘画作 品的收藏与研究。他正在进行的重要工作，是与法国 国家博物馆的修复大师协作，修复徐悲鸿的最后一幅 （也是从未面世的）重要大型油画。

He is  graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine  Arts, and the director of the exhibition  hall of Xu Beihong Memorial Hall.  Mainly engaging in the collection and  research of Xu Beihong's paintings, he  finds the important work at present is to  repair Xu Beihong's last large-scale oil  painting (also never seen before) with  the restoration masters of the French  National Museum.  PUBLICATION: January 2018
